How to Use the Quick Links

Quick Links provide a fast and easy way to access information without using the menu bar. Quick Links provided are:

• FAQ
• Find a Health Care Provider
• Benefits Overview
• Provider Enrollment
• Documents and Forms
• Report Fraud & Abuse
• Department of Health and Social Services

Most Quick Links items are displayed in a separate window. The FAQ, Find a Health Care Provider, Provider Enrollment, and Documents and Forms items are displayed as pages in your current browser.

To use Quick Links

1. On the Quick Links pod, to see information about a subject listed, click its link.

   • FAQ - Provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions that the public has asked the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS).
   • Find a Health Care Provider - Provides the Find a Health Care Provider page so you can find providers by their name, medical specialty, or locations near you.
   • Benefits Overview - Provides information on Alaska Medicaid services on the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) Web site.
   • Provider Enrollment - Provides information to providers and trading partners about how to enroll in the Medicaid program as well as enroll as a Medicaid provider.
   • Documents and Forms - Provides a list of general health care documents and forms available to the public.
   • Report Fraud & Abuse - Provides instructions for how to report fraud and abuse, along with a link to a complaint form. You will need Adobe reader to view the form.
   • Department of Health and Social Services - Provides a link to the DHSS Web site where you can obtain information about their programs, services, publications, events, and contact information.
2. Do one of the following to go back to the Home page:
   • To close the DHSS Web site, in the upper rightmost corner, click X.
   • From any AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal page, click Home on the menu bar.
