How to Access and Download Documents and Forms

Documents and forms that are listed on the AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal can be opened and read. The various types of Documents and forms used are:

• doc - Word document
• xls - Excel document
• pdf - Adobe Portable Document Format

Tip: PDF format files can only be read using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer before you can open and read Adobe PDF files. To download the reader, click the Adobe link.

To view, print or download a list of documents and forms

1. Do one of the following:
   • On the Documentation menu, click Documents & Forms.
   • On the Quick Links pod, click Documents & Forms.

2. To open the document or form, click the appropriate row.

   The corresponding document or form is displayed. You can view, print, or download the document or form. The steps to print, or download depend on the browser you are using, the browser settings, and the browser PDF plug-in that is installed.
