How to Access and Download Messages & Announcements

As a public user, you can view messages and important announcements that are updated periodically to assist you. For example, you could obtain general announcements about remittance advices.

To view, print or download available messages and announcements

1. To view the Messages & Announcement page, do one of the following:

   • On the Documentation menu, click Messages & Announcements.
   • On the Provider menu, click Messages & Announcements.

2. Click the document title.

   The browser's download confirmation pop-up is displayed.

3. Do one of the following:

• To save the document to your desktop, on the browser's download confirmation window, click OK.
• To save the manual to your location of choice, on the browser's download confirmation window, click Save.

• To cancel out and not download the manual, on the browser's download confirmation window, click Cancel.

  Note: These options are based on your Internet browser. The steps to save, print or download depend on the browser you are using, the browser settings, and the browser PDF plug-in that is installed.

4. To close the document, in the upper rightmost corner, click X.
