How to Access Member Information

Member information about how to apply for various Alaska programs, eligibility rules, and forms is available from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) Division of Public Assistance Web site. This information can also be accessed from AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal and is displayed in a separate window.

To view member information

1. To display member information, do one of the following:
   • On the Member menu, click How to Apply.
   • On the Member menu, click Benefits Overview.
   • On the Member menu, click General Eligibility Rules.
2. Review the information on the DHSS Web site, displayed in a separate window.
3. To close the DHSS Web site window, on the rightmost corner, click X.
