How to Log On as a Provider

A provider logs on to AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal to access secure information regarding claims and service authorizations submitted, created, and sent. Some of the functions you can perform as a provider are: checking member eligibility, entering claims, creating templates to be used to submit claims, and submitting service authorizations.

Note: If your organization or practice has registered, then please obtain a user name and password from your Organization Administrator. Otherwise, please register to establish an account for your organization or practice.

To log on as a provider

1. On the public Home page, in the Sign In pod, click Provider.

   The Login page is displayed.

2. On the Login page for providers, enter your User ID and Password.

   Tip: If you forget your user ID and password, click Forgot User Name or Password. The Forgot Password page is displayed with instructions to contact your Organization Administrator to reset your password.

3. Select the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to indicate you agree.

   Note: You must select this field if you wish to login to the portal.

4. Click Login.

   The Provider Home page is displayed.

Note: If your AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal session times out automatically (after 15 minutes of inactivity, by default), you can repeat these steps to log in again.
