How to Log On as a Member

A member logs on to AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal to access secure information regarding the member's claims and provider visits.

To log on as a member

  1. On the public Home page, in the Sign In pod, click Member.

    The Member Login page is displayed.

  2. On the Member Login page, enter your Member ID as it appears on your Member ID card and your PIN (personal identification number).

    Tip: If you forget your PIN or locked your account (received three consecutive messages that your log on failed), then click Request New Pin/Unlock My Account to request a new PIN and have your account unlocked.

  3. Select the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to indicate you agree.

    Note: You must select this field if you wish to login to the portal.

  4. Click Login.

    The Member Home page is displayed.

Note: If your AK MMIS Health Enterprise Portal session times out automatically (after 30 minutes of inactivity, by default), you can repeat the previous steps to log in again.
